BonPay ("we", "our", or "the App") is a business management application provided by tokotu. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use BonPay.

1. Eligibility

BonPay is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. The App is not designed for, directed to, or intended for children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that information from a person under 18 has been provided to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use BonPay, we may collect or process:

• Account information, such as name, phone number, email address, business name, login information, and subscription status.
• Business records entered by users, such as customer names, phone numbers, debts, payments, products, inventory records, notes, and related store data.
• Camera data when you choose to use barcode scanning or other camera-based features.
• Photo or file data when you choose to upload, select, or attach images or documents.
• Location data when you allow the App to help fill address or location-related information.
• Google Play purchase and subscription information, such as product ID, purchase token, transaction status, and subscription status.
• Device, diagnostics, and usage information, such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and performance data.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain BonPay features.
• Store and manage user-entered business records.
• Verify Google Play subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Provide customer support and respond to user requests.
• Improve app performance, reliability, security, and user experience.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, abuse, or misuse.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and Google Play policy requirements.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate, host, analyze, support, or secure the App.
• With Google Play for app distribution, billing, purchase verification, and subscription management.
• When required by law, legal process, regulation, or government request.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, tokotu, the App, or others.

5. Data Storage and Security

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring that the business data they enter into the App is lawful and accurate.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the App, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us at the email address below. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud prevention, billing, or recordkeeping purposes.

7. User Choices and Permissions

You can control permissions such as camera, photo, file, and location access through your device settings. If you disable permissions, some features may not work properly. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information.

8. Third-Party Services

BonPay may use third-party services such as Google Play services, app distribution, subscription verification, hosting, analytics, and crash reporting tools. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies. Google Play purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google according to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

9. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed or stored in countries or regions outside your place of residence. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect information according to applicable laws.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
